These terms govern your use of PostMagic, operated by Emplica, available at apppostmagic.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
PostMagic schedules and publishes your content to several social networks from a single interface. You upload a video or images, pick the accounts and the time, and the service publishes on your behalf.
You are responsible for your account and what happens on it. Tell us if you believe someone else has access.
PostMagic connects to your social networks through their official APIs, with your explicit authorisation. You can withdraw it at any time, from PostMagic or from the network itself.
You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant us only the technical right to send that content to the networks you selected, for as long as publishing requires.
You warrant that you hold the rights to what you publish and that you follow each platform rules. PostMagic does not moderate your content and is not responsible for it.
The trial lasts three days and requires no card. After that, the subscription is monthly or yearly, charged in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled.
Payments go through Stripe. We never store your card number.
You can cancel whenever you want from the settings, with no fee and no notice. Your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged afterwards.
A full refund is available within twenty-four hours of purchase. Write to contact@emplica.fr.
By subscribing, you request immediate performance of the service and expressly waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal, under article L221-28 of the French consumer code. The twenty-four hour refund above still stands: we offer it beyond what the law requires.
We do our best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing it runs uninterrupted. Publishing also depends on social network APIs, whose outages and rule changes are outside our control.
If a platform refuses a post or changes its access conditions, PostMagic cannot be held responsible.
By using PostMagic to publish on YouTube, you also accept the YouTube Terms of Service. This covers any use of the YouTube API Services through our platform.
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
You may not use PostMagic to publish unlawful, harassing or misleading content, to work around a platform limits, or to resell access to the service without written agreement. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
PostMagic is not aimed at children under fifteen and does not knowingly collect their data.
These terms may change. Any significant change will be notified by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules that apply to consumers.
